In this session, we’ll build the scissor lift and add some coding to it and have some fun.

Build Scissor Lift

First, let’s build the scissor lift as per this link: Scissor Lift (lego.com)

The building instruction is also available here:

First we build an adapter so that the distance sensor can detect whether the platform is up or down

We simply attach it to the top platform like this

Now we connect our motor to the switch, which is a bit cool 😉
